Pricing questions answered

Is there an onboarding fee?
No. There is no onboarding fee on any Extensia plan. You pay your monthly plan rate and that's it.
Are long-term contracts required?
No long-term contracts are required. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Enterprise plans may have custom terms.
How many users can I add?
All plans include unlimited users with role-based access control. Add employees, volunteers, and admins as needed — no per-seat fees.
Are payment processing fees included?
Payment gateway processing fees apply per transaction (charged by Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.) and are separate from the platform subscription. The Omni-Connect Fee may also apply per transaction.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What if my needs don't fit a standard plan?
