About This Position
Extensia is a cloud-based fundraising and donor relationship management platform built exclusively for U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Our platform powers in-person and online fundraising events, constituent engagement, and payment operations for some of the country's most active nonprofit organizations.
We are expanding our independent sales partner network and are looking for self-directed professionals who want to build something with us. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement — you carry your own pipeline, set your own schedule, and earn based on what you close.
What You'll Be Doing
- Selling the Extensia platform to nonprofit organizations across the United States.
- Building and managing your own pipeline through LinkedIn, direct outreach, email, and your existing nonprofit network.
- Conducting targeted, consultative discovery conversations to understand each prospect's operational challenges before ever touching a demo.
- Delivering customized platform demonstrations — independently or with team support — that speak directly to what the prospect actually needs.
- Managing your pipeline and logging all activity in our CRM system.
- Staying engaged with new accounts through early adoption to identify upsell opportunities in managed services and integrations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of demonstrable success selling subscription-based SaaS or cloud platforms. Nonprofit, association, or faith-based organization experience is a meaningful advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you run your own book and don't need daily direction to stay productive.
- Strong command of consultative selling — you diagnose before you pitch, and you qualify by disqualifying.
- Comfortable working across all four U.S. time zones with flexible availability between 9 AM and 9 PM local time.
- Excellent written and spoken English; capable of presenting professionally to Executive Directors, CFOs, and board members.
- Social selling fluency — LinkedIn outreach and relationship warming are part of your standard process.
- U.S.-based preferred; qualified candidates from outside the U.S. will be considered.
