About This Position

Extensia is a cloud-based fundraising and donor relationship management platform tailored for the unique needs of nonprofits. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a sophisticated, relationship-driven sales professional to accelerate platform adoption and generate high-value revenue streams.

Your priority is straightforward: sell the Extensia platform to nonprofit organizations across the United States and Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic lead generation: Proactively find and engage high-potential organizations via LinkedIn, social media, targeted email campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Relationship-based discovery: Build deep-standing relationships with prospects to understand their specific operational challenges before touching a demo.
  • Targeted demonstrations: Deliver highly customized platform demonstrations — independently or with team support — that speak directly to each prospect's identified challenges.
  • Pipeline management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and track all activity in our CRM to ensure rigorous follow-up on every open lead.
  • Quota performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through the acquisition of new accounts.
  • Post-sale engagement: Maintain active communication with new customers in the first several months to ensure smooth adoption and identify upsell opportunities in managed services and integrations.
  • Market intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to sharpen your positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of demonstrable success selling subscription-based SaaS platforms. No exceptions to this requirement.
  • An outgoing, positive mindset with a genuine passion for selling. Active listener — patient, polite, and persuasive.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to present professionally to Executive Directors, CFOs, and board members.
  • Proven experience in social selling across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • U.S.-based preferred; qualified candidates from outside the U.S. will be considered. Must support accounts across all four U.S. time zones with flexible availability from 9 AM to 9 PM local time.
